何启良（Ho Khai Leong）
何启良，一九五四年生于吉隆坡。笔名有何囗良，李雄芬等。早年在吉隆坡群智小学受教育，後在甘榜班登中学和葛京律中学就读。一九七四年毕业于马来西亚国民大学社会科学和人文学系，在大学求学期间，喜从事访问及调查工作。已完成的调查工作有：（一）马大、国大及农大华族学生读书习惯调查；（二）马来源流和华文源流的中学生对生活、社会、学校零用钱的问题比较。
何启良早年用何囗良笔名从事文学与诗歌创作，作品有“这种眼神”，“另一种琵琶”和“刻背”等。一九七六年获日本航空公司奖学金在东京上智大学进修亚洲课程为期六星期。
一九八一年负笈美国西密士根大学，获硕士学位。一九八八年再考获俄亥俄州立大学博士学位。论文是："Indigenizing the state : the New Economic Policy and the bumiputera state in Penisular Malaysia" 。毕业後，曾在美国西维琴利亚大学和吉隆坡拉曼学院任教。一九九零起受聘于新加坡国立大学政治系至今，现为政治系高级讲师。
何博士对马来西亚政治，尤其是大马华人社会，大马政党，大马华人与政治的关系有深入研究。他又勤于著述，已出版了中英专著十余种。他又常在东南亚主要学术期刊，以中英文撰写了大量有关马来西亚政党，马来西亚华团与政治和新加坡政治问题的文章。主要著作有“面向权威”，“当代大马华人政治省思”，“马来西亚华人史新编”等。
