To fully logout
of the database, click on logout button ("登出"); located on the top right-hand corner
of the screen. This will enable another
NUS user to access the database. Do not just click on Home, Forward, Back, go to
another page or close your Web browser.
Error message on
Login:
If you encounter the error message that the maximum number of server connection is reached ("对不起，服务器连结数太多，请稍候再试！"), it means that all our available licences are in
use. Please try again later.
Print function:
The print function ("列印本页") is supported by using Windows XP only, and not supported by Windows 7 and above.
Please ensure
that:
1) cookies are enabled
2) you are using Internet Explorer 8 and above only to access
3) you are not using other types of web browsers, such as Chrome, Firefox and Safari.
